Hello, my name is Belinda and I am the Principal Osteopath at InOsteopathy.
Our clinic was established in 2009 when I decided to move back to Pambula on the NSW Far South Coast, where I grew up. Prior to that, I had worked in a busy clinic in Canberra alongside other osteopaths, which provided me with invaluable experience and allowed me to refine my clinic skills.
I graduated in 1998 after completing a full-time double degree in clinical science and osteopathy at RMIT. Over the years, I have furthered my education by completing two 40-hour craniosacral courses, as well as the biodynamic phases. This has given me more confidence in treating babies and children for various problems, particularly birth strains.
My style of osteopathic treatment is diverse, ranging from soft tissue massage, stretching, and joint manipulation to gentle balance membrane and cranial techniques. This allows me to tailor the treatment to a range of patients and conditions, including pregnancy and babies, athletes, and the elderly.
I am fortunate to have a passionate team, and we love our calm, relaxed location opposite the Pambula golf course.

Catherine is a caring and compassionate Osteopath graduating from RMIT with a degree in Health Science and Applied Science of Osteopathy.
Catherine had worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist prior to becoming an Osteopath. Catherine utilises a variety of hands-on techniques and is confident treating a range of patients from school aged children, pregnancy to adults with all conditions.
She also has a background in Nutritional Therapy and draws on this added knowledge to tailor individualised treatment plans for her patients to best support the body's inherent healing capacity and empower patients in their health and well-being goals.

Dr. Anna Steinhaus
Anna offers Osteopathic Treatment for Adults and Children.
Choosing a holistic approach to craniosacral, visceral and musculoskeletal
Osteopathy Anna provides manual therapy to her patients with the
aim to improve overall well-being.
Anna employs a wide variety of techniques in her treatment, including manual techniques;
soft tissue manipulation, stretching muscle groups, spinal and joint adjustments,
and gently freeing restrictions with the aim to improve healthy body function.
Visceral and craniosacral techniques play an important role in her treatment.
Treatment is offered to patients of all ages and abilities
including seniors, babies, athletes and pregnant women.

Robert Bradford is a Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture.
He graduated from the Sydney Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the
Diploma of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in 2004. Following his
graduation, he travelled to China where he did an internship at the
Nanchang City Traditional Chinese Medicine Teaching Hospital in Jiang Xi Provence.
Robert worked in the Internal Herbal Medicine Department , Acupuncture Department
and the Gynaecology Department, where he spent most of his time at the Hospital.
Robert's areas of interest are women's Health, Fertility Issues, Pregnancy Support, IVF Support Treatments, Menopausal Issues, Pain Relief and General Health Treatments.
Robert is a Registered Practitioner with the Australian Health Professionals Registration Authority (AHPRA) a Registered Practitioner with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA)
Robert has twenty years of clinical experience, running a busy practice on Sydney's Northern Beaches dealing mostly with Women's Health, Pregnancy Issues and IVF Treatments.
